3. User Accounts

You retain ownership of your User Content.

• LOSS OF PROFITS

• LOSS OF DATA

• PERSONAL OR FASHION-RELATED DECISIONS BASED ON RECOMMENDATIONS

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO USE THE SERVICES DURING THE PREVIOUS TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
